Step:

  1. Preheat oven 325. Line 88 pan with aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray if desired. Press cookie dough into pan. Place oreos on top. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, whisk. Add eggs, one at a time, whisk. Add vanilla & salt, stir.

  2. Pour mixture over oreos. Bake 35 minutes. Let cool, put in fridge to harden. Cut into bars & drizzle warm caramel over if desired.

  1. 16 oz (1 tube) pilsbury chocolate chip cookie dough
  2. 10-20 oreos
  3. 16 oz cream cheese
  4. 1/2 c sugar
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1/2 tsp vanilla
  7. Pinch kosher salt
  8. Melted caramel to drizzle
