Step:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in mixer jar, grind and make chutney. Peel and cut boiled potatoes in small pieces. Then heat oil in a pan put potatoes and shallow fry potatoes till little crispy. Remove from oil. Take big bowl put fried potatoes. Add salt, chat masala, red chilli powder, green chutney and sweet chutney.

  2. Mix spread sev on top and serve.

Ingredients

  1. 3-4 boiled potatoes
  2. 1 tsp Red chill powder
  3. 1 tsp chat masala
  4. For green chutney
  5. as required coriander leaves
  6. 8-9 garlic flakes
  7. 1 small onion chopped
  8. 3-4 green chilli chopped
  9. as per taste Salt
  10. 1 Lemon juice
  11. 2-3 tbsp sweet chutney
  12. as per taste Sev
  13. as required Oil for frying
