Step:
In a mixing bowl add wheat flour (atta), cumin seeds (jeera), oil, salt. Mix well. Add enough water to bind tight dough. Keep aside for 10 mins.
In small bowl add maida,ghee.whip to smooth paste.(Slurry)
Knead dough again and make 4-5 equal portions. Roll each and cut into 1/4" pieces as shown.
Roll each cut portion into 2" round puri. Apply a thin layer of slurry. On it sprinkle maida flour. Fold in half. Again fold to make triangular shape puri. Again roll lightly. Prepare similarly all puris.
Make holes on prepared triangular puris with fork. Dry on brown paper for 30 mins.
Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till crispy golden.
Store in an airtight container. Serve/ Relish Delicious Wheat-Jeera Puris as tea-time snacks.
