Dalgona Coffee

In a mixing bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. Using hand mixer beat the mixture until thick or the color change to golden brown. Set asides.

Pour the milk into a glass (I used tall glass) along with few ice cubes in it. Spoon the whipped coffee mixture and add it to the top of the milk. Thats it, your luxurious coffee is ready. (If you have any leftover of the whipped coffee, you can save it in the refrigerator to use later)

How to enjoy this magic frothy coffee????? Simply mix it with spoon to make a latte. Enjoy!
