Step:

  1. Remove the peel of potatoes.

  3. Take Kashmiri chilli powder in bowl with water.

  4. Next take curd, fennel powder, salt and ginger chilli paste in a bowl.

  5. Mix both separately in different bowl.

  6. After fry, keep potatoes in pot.

  7. Add more oil in the same pan.

  8. Add Kashmiri chilli and curd mixture in it.

  9. Stir it in low flame

  10. Next, saute again the half fried potato in another pan.

  11. Add some green peas and potato in the curd mixture.

  12. Saute and add water in pan

  15. Dry the curry and dum aloo is ready.

  2. 1/4 cup curd
  3. 3 tsp fennel seed powder
  4. 3 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  5. 2 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 cup mustard oil
  7. 1/2 cup green peas
  8. 2 tsp ginger paste
  9. 2 tsp green chilli paste
  10. 1 cup coriander leaves
  11. 1 tsp whole garam masala
