Step:
Remove the peel of potatoes.
Then,fry the potato 70% in oil in pan.
Take Kashmiri chilli powder in bowl with water.
Next take curd, fennel powder, salt and ginger chilli paste in a bowl.
Mix both separately in different bowl.
After fry, keep potatoes in pot.
Add more oil in the same pan.
Add Kashmiri chilli and curd mixture in it.
Stir it in low flame
Next, saute again the half fried potato in another pan.
Add some green peas and potato in the curd mixture.
Saute and add water in pan
At the time of boil,add coriander leaves and saute it.
