Step:

  1. Mix butter and sugar until creamy add vanilla

  2. Add flour (or oats if using oats) slowly until mixed (at end if using just oats add tiny bit of flour until not wet looking)

  3. Roll into balls or spread on cookie sheet chill and enjoy

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup oat flour (if dont have take oats and put in food processor to grind)
  2. 1/4 cup (half stick) butter softened
  3. 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  4. 1 tablespoons vanilla
