Step:
First take soaked moong dal, wash and drain it. Then take a grinder, add the soaked dal and grind the dal to make fine paste.
Now transfer grinded dal into big bowl, then add turmeric powder, gram flour,ginger-green chilli paste,2 tsp oil,salt and curd. Mix all ingredients well.then add lemon juice and eno salt.Mix all ingredients well. take a greased tin, transfer this batter into tin. Steam it for about 15 minutes.
Take out from steamer, let it cool down. Then demould it.
Now for tempering - Take a pan add 2 tsp oil, when oil is getting hot, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds. When seeds start crackle. Add curry leaves and split green chilli. Pour this on steamed dhokla. Cut into pieces. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with green chutney.
Ingredients
3/4 cup moong dal soaked overnight
1 tbsp gram flour
1 tsp ginger green chilli paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp curd
as per taste Salt
1 tsp eno salt
1 tsp lemon juice
For tempering -
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp sesame seeds
4-5 curry leaves
1-2 green chillies ,split
1/4 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
