Step:
First, soak whole dry red chillies into hot water for 30 minutes. Srijan the water. Take a grinder add dry chilli and garlic cloves. Grind it well.
Now add chopped tomato and salt as per taste to the chilli paste. Grind it again.
Red chilli garlic chutney is ready.
Now for tempering - Take a pan, add 1 tsp oil, when oil is getting hot, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Turn off the gas. Pour it on chutney. Rajasthani red chilli garlic chutney is ready.
