Step:

  1. Mix the tuna, mayo and ketchup together in a bowl. Cut your pepper into boat shapes and fill with tuna mayo.

  2. Normally I make sails from thin slices of cucumber and cocktail sticks, but we’ve had to make do with celery sticks instead as that’s what was in the fridge!
