Step:

  1. Bring milk to a rolling boil on a high heat at first and then simmer on a low heat until about 35 minutes. Add Sugar to it according to your preference. But do not add too much.

  2. Heat a piece of charcoal and add Agarwood to it. The fragrance is so captivating. As soon as the fumes start appearing, place a vessel or a pot in which you will transfer the milk that has been boiled and simmered. Leave it for about 5 minutes.

  3. After done, pour milk into it and garnish with loads of slivered Dry fruits and nuts. The Agarwood that was trapped into the vessel imparts it a lovely aroma and taste as well. This Sharbat is rich and absolutely mesmerizing. You will love it's aromat flavour and the crunch of the dry fruits that is just so awesome. Enjoy it chilled.
