Perfect Beat Coffee

Put coffee powder plus sugar in a mug. Mix it well.

Add 1tsp warm water and mix. Then add 1tsp more water and start beating it with spoon or with electric egg beater or hand blender (I use one blade of egg beater) Keep adding little water and keep beating till it's changes colour and becomes frothy.

To use add two tsp of beat coffee in a mug and pour boiling milk or milk water mixture. Stir lightly and sprinkle drinking chocolate on top and serve perfect cup of beat coffee or Phetali coffee.

You can store it covered in fridge for future use.
