Step:

  1. Mix everything together except oil

  2. Heat up appe pan and brush it with oil

  3. Pour the prepared batter carefully with a table spoon

  4. Cover and let it cook for a minute or two

  5. Sprinkle some oil and turn the appe and cook without lid for another 2 minutes

  6. Repeat the process with remaining batter

  7. Serve with green chutney or any dip you like

  1. 2 cup readymade idli batter
  2. 1/2 cup fresh corn
  3. 1/2 carrot grated
  4. 2 Green chilli
  5. 1 small onion chopped
  6. 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
  7. to taste Salt
  8. as needed Oil
