Step:
Heat butter on a low heat with half a teaspoon of any cooking oil. To this add, Cumin powder, Asafoetida, a little bit of Salt, Red chilli flakes and Green seedless Grapes. Cover and cook on a low heat until mushy and soft. Mash well with a Potato masher.
To this add Dates puree. Mix well. Adjust Salt and simmer for about 7-8 minutes. It's perfectly okay if there are Grape pieces here and there. It tastes super yummy. Squeeze some Lemon juice and take it off the heat.
When cooled, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy with Pani Puri, Chaats, Vada Pav, Pakoras or any snack for that matter. It tastes yum. Teekhi meethi Chutney is lovely to look at as well as tastes awesome. Try it out the next time you want to host a snack party or on family picnics and get togethers. It is just right for any occasion.
