  4. Cook 20 mins then marinate, cook another 20 mins or until temp reads 180F.

  5. Sprinkle with scallion and sesame seeds.

  3. 1 T fresh grated ginger
  4. 4 cloves garlic
  5. 1 T veg oil
  6. 1 t red chile flakes
  7. 8 pieces chick drumsticks and thighs
  8. Thinly sliced scallion greens
  9. Sesame seeds
