Step:
Blanch palak, grind with ginger chilly garlic paste, make smooth paste.
Take out in bowl add, all ingredients, mix well.
Keep it in a fridge to marinate atleast 2 hours..
Later again mix to well coated.. Insert all pieces one by one in skewer, keep ready all skewers...
Heat a non stick grill pan and grease with some oil, place the prepared skewers, roast from all sides till golden brown...
Ready to serve.. Serve hot with tomato ketchup..
