Step:
Take 1&1/2 cup of frozen peas and 1 cup of paneer.
With 1/2 cup of milk blend the peas to make a smooth puree.
Transfer to a heavy bottomed pan.
Cook in medium heat until the mixture becomes thick and removes the raw smell of peas.
Add in ghee, mix well and fry for about 10 minutes(low heat).
Next add in 1 cup of paneer/chena and mix well.
When paneer incorporate to the pea mixture well, add in 1/4th cup of sugar and milk powder. Also add in cardamom powder and mix well.
Further cook in medium low heat until ghee starts seperating from the mixture.
Remove from heat, grease a dish with little ghee and spread the mixture on the dish evenly.
Spread some walnut crush or cashew crush and keep in the refrigerator to set.
After 1/2 an hour, take out the dish and cut in barfi shape pieces.
