Step:

  1. Cut the carrot & potatoes into small pieces. Wash them with fresh water.

  2. Heat mustard oil in a karahi & when aroma smells away, add chopped onions.Cook till they become translucent.

  3. Add all the ingredients & saute.Add grinded tomatoes & cook till oil spreads from corners.

  4. Add all the veggies & cover the karahi,Cook on low flame till the veggies properly cooked.

  5. 3 grinded tomatoes
  6. to taste salt
  7. 1 /4 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1/4 tsp garam masala
  10. 1 tbsp mustard oil
