Step:
Soak all dals together for 3-4 hours. Drain the water. Grind dals in a mixer with green chillies, ginger coarsely, with just enough water to resemble the idli batter.
Make Smooth batter. Transfer to bowl and add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, garammasala, cumin seeds and salt and mix well.
Add green coriander leaves and mix.Add just before steaming 1/2 tsp cooking soda and 1 /4 tsp lemon juice and mix well. Grease idli moulds with oil. pour the batter immediately in the idli moulds.Place the idli stand in the steamer containing with some boiling water. cover with a lid and steam the idlis for 10-12 minutes.
Cool and Remove the prepared mini idli from mini idli plates.
Heat oil and add, cumin seeds mustard seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida. When seeds splutter, add green chilli, and red chilli powder and salt and mix well. Now add mini idly and roast 2 minutes. Now add lemon juice and mix.
Serve hot spicy mini idli with cheese sauce and tomato sauce.

1/4 cup moong dal
1/4 cup chana dal(split Bengal gram)
1/4 cup urad dal(split black lentils)
1/4 cup red masoor dal
1/4 cup arhar dal
2 Green chilli
1 inch ginger
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Dry mango powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp green coriander
For fry
1 tbsp mustured seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 Green chilli finaly chooped
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Red chilli powder
