Wash tomatos
Make a cut and add them into boiling water for 2min
Now put them into cold water for 2min
Now peel them and cut and grind well to make paste
Now heat oil add chopped onion saute for a min thenadd chopped garlic and saute for another min
Now add the paste and cook on high flame for 10 to 15 min
After cooking for 15 min add salt chilli powder and sugar and cook it
After that add tomato katchup and cook it
When paste is thickened add mix hurbs
When all water is reduced turn the flame off
Now pour the sauce in a dish and let it to cool
Now you can use this sauce for many purposes
