Step:

  1. Take a wok then add oil and roast cumin seeds.

  2. Add ginger and garlic paste after that add onion paste cooked for till brown and add tomato puree saute it for 4-5 minutes.

  3. Add all spices and mix well. And cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Add boiled chane and as required water.Cook for 10 minutes.

  5. Serve it.

  1. 1 bowl boiled white chane
  2. 2 onion chopped
  3. 2 tomato puree
  4. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 green chilli chopped
  6. To taste salt
  7. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  10. 1/2 tsp chana masala
  11. As needed oil
