Instant Idli

Mix 1 bowl of MTR idli mix in a mixing bowl. Add 1/2 bowl of curd and mix thoroughly. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Grease idli mould properly.

Pour 1 tb spoon idli mixture in each mould. Heat 1 glass water in a pan and keep idli stand in it and cook for 10-12 minutes. Switch off the flame and wait for 15 minutes.

Remove idli stand from pan. Remove idlis with the help of knife.

Serve with sambhar and chutney.
