Step:
Take a pan and add water, salt sugar and bring it to a boil and then add spinach leaves and turn of the flame. Drain the water and keep it aside. Then boil the chickpea and keep it aside..
In a food processor add ginger garlic, green chilli, black cumin seeds and grind it then add spinach and grind it. Then add chickpeas and grind then add salt, black pepper, chat masala, besan and bread crumbs and grind it. Freeze it for 10 minutes.
Make a tikki and shallow fry it and garnish it with salad. Serve it.

2 bunches Spinach
3 Green chillies
10 Garlic cloves, hopped
1 Ginger piece
1/2 teaspoon Black cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon Chat masala
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

2 tbsp Besan
1 teaspoon Salt
as required Oil to fry
2 Cheese slices
