Step:
Mix all dry ingredients well. Soak yeast in lukewarm water with sugar for 5-7 minutes to prove it.
Once froth is seen in the years mixture add it to the dry ingredients in a big bowl.
Add oil and butter to mix and then bind to a soft dough kneading with warm water.
Knead well and keep aside to rise When the dough rises punch back then roll into a tube and cut the same size balls.
Grease a tray and place the dough balls leaving some gap inbetween each. on baking they will rise, they will fluff up and fill up that gap.
Brush it with an egg to get the Golden top. Preheat the oven and bake in oven on 200°C till nicely browned up on top
Enjoy hot pav with bhaji or any type of egg you like to.
