Instant Pot Chicken Drumsticks

Toss all seasonings in bag and mix well. Add chicken and shake until well coated

Add 3 cups water to IP and add metal rack before placing drumsticks inside

Cook with the following settings:

Pressure cook,. High pressure, natural release venting, 22 minutes

Remove from cooker and glaze with BBQ sauce then place in convection oven at 350 for 10 minutes or until desired texture
