Step:

  1. Mix all veggies in batter tbs oil salt mix it properly in idli maker

  2. Boil water. Grease mould with oil, pour batter into greased mould, sprinkle chilli flakes

  3. Steam for 10/12 minutes, bring it room temperature, unmould and serve with coconut chutney and sambhar

Ingredients

  1. 1 big bowl idli batter
  2. 2 carrots grated
  3. 3 tbs green peas
  4. 3 green chilies chop
  5. 3 tbs corns
  6. 1 tbs chili flakes
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 1 tbs oil +oil for grease mould
