Step:
Take cooker, add mutton, onion, garlic, salt,black cardamom, bay leaf, ginger piece, cinnamon stick, 1 glass water,salt, fennel, coriander seeds and close cooker. after 3 whistles yakhni mutton will be tender and ready. Fry potato haldi and salt mix and fry with green peas. Keep aside
Open cooker and separate mutton, drain water and keep aside. Keep mutton aside. In a pan add oil, add mutton fry then add black pepper, cinnamon stick, clove, jaifal, javatry, black cardamom, bay leaf, green cardamon. Fry onion and add curd ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste, salt and mix well fry well.Add yakhni water bring to,boil add rice and cook. If water is less add some water and cook well
Cook well and cover. After cooking add green peas, potato and mix well. Check salt.
Cook well, add browned, onion, kesar colour, rose water, and keep 10 minutes on slow flame
COver with foil paper and lid. Ready to serve with boondi raita

4 Green cardamon
1 piece Jaifal
1 piece Javatry small
2 Potato
1 cup Green peas
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Haldi powder
2 inch piece Ginger for yakhni
2 tbsp spoon rose water
1/4 teaspoon Kesar cloour
2 tbs Brown onion spread
2 Bay leaf
1 cup Oil
