Step:

  1. Mix all of the base ingredients and press into a lined 9 inch spring form baking tin.

  2. Using an electric whisk, mix all the topping ingredients together until the mixture becomes very thick.

  3. Pour mixture onto base and freeze for 3 hours or preferebly overnight.

  4. Once set, drizzle with melted chocolate and top with berries.

  9. 6 Tbsp Erythritol
  10. 4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  11. 50 g 90% Dark Chocolate
