Copy cat honey baked ham glaze

Mix ingredients together in a small bowl

Lay out a couple of pieces of wax paper onto the counter top.

Poor the mixture into the wax paper. Spread evenly

Take the ham and roll it into the mixture (not the flat side).

Turn ham into the flat side on a plate.

Using a blow torn with a medium flame, wave the torch over the sugar using rapid movements so the sugar bubbles and browns but doesnt burn

Repeat process until the ham has been well glazed

Dont expect to use all the sugar mixture.
