Step:
Bind dough using warm milk and cover it with samp kitchen towel
Braise coconut with the rest till all sugar melted in it and nice aroma arises, let it cool down
Make pingpong balls of the dough then roll them and fill a tablespoon or more with coconut mixture
Then seal it, shape of half moon, when all done cover with samp kitchen towel
Shallow fry in ghee or oil on low or medium flame till nice creamish brown colour
NB: I coloured it green today
Ingredients
Dough
1 1/2 cup Maida (All Purpose Flour)
4 tbsp Semolina
as needed Salt
2 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Baking powder
Coconut Filling
3 cups Coconut (grated)
1/2 cup Khoya/Mawa
1 tsp Cardamon powder
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Fennel seeds
3/4 cup Sugar (depends how sweet you take)
