Step:

  1. Grind boiled minced (kheema)  first, now add all ingredients, accept frying and serving ingredients. 

  2. Grind till fine paste. Take out mixture in bowl keep bowl in fridge for at least 1 hr.
    After 1 hr, take out the mixture from fridge take some portion shape and make the kabab, now skewer it,  make all kebab and skewer it. Keep the kabab in fridge for 1 hr. You can store it in fridge for 2 days wrapped with tissue paper place in air tight container.

  3. After 1 hr. Add oil in pan heat it, place the kebab skewer in it and fry till golden brown from all side. Fry all kebabs and keep aside.

  4. Now heat the coal, place the kebabs in pan on other side heated coal also. Add little bit oil on coal. Close lid immediately smoke is coming out. Open lid when smoke is over, remove the coal from it. Close lid. 

  5. Seekh kabab is ready, serve it with onion (cut round in shape), lemon and Mint leaves.

  6. Note : If you want to make it in IFB Oven  
    Cook it on convection mode on 180 c 
    For 20 min. 


Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kg Boiled Mutton minced (kheema) -
  2. 1 Onion - big roughly diced
  3. 2 Green chilli - if not spicy
  4. 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  5. 1/4 tbsp Salt
  6. 1 tsp Meat masala
  7. 1 Egg
  8. 2& 1/2 tbsp Bread crumbs or toast crumbs
  9. 3 tbsp Oil - for shallow frying
  10. As needed Mint leaves, onion and lemon- for serving
  11. 1 Coal - big for smoky flavour
