Step:
Heat the ghee in pan. Fry the samolina on lie flame until it turn light brown. Now add chopped almonds, cashew and pistachios and fry for 2 miniutes.
Take 1/2 bowl of milk and soak the saffron strands in it before 10 minutes of cooking.
Add milk sugar and cardamom powder to semolina mix well and cook until the whole mixture becomes thick. Stir it continously.
Once it become thick put off the flame and stir for 2 minutes. Pour it in a other bowl and let it set. Garnish it with saffron and almonds.
Kong phirni is ready. U can also refrigerate it for 2 to 3 hour and serve it cold.

1/2 litre full fat milk
3 table spoon semolina
20-25 strands saffron
3 table spoon sugar
1 table spoon ghee
5 almonds
4 cashew nuts
4 pistachios
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
