Fun Santa Salad Tray

Small cut feta cheese into squares

Cut the cucumber into a round shape

Cut the capsicum into long pieces

Start by placing the capsicums into a hat shape for the Santa

Next to make the head of our Santa place the feta cheese in a line

Next to make the face place the cucumbers

Next again take the feta cheese and place it under the cucumber for the beard of our Santa and under neath that place the small cherry tomatoes

Now for the small details. For the eyes place the two blue berries on top of the cucumbers

Use a cherry tomato for the nose and a sliced capsicum for the smile

Once all the ingredients are placed it should be looking like a Santa clause
