Step:
In pan take oil on medium flame, once it heated add seeds to give tadka. Add garlic and onion to sauté.
Then jalapeño. Add all the spices and salt.
Mix Besan and water and make watery mixture, remove all lumps and add it in pan. Cook till it’s one mass.
Bhakari: mix flour and salt, add water to make soft dough. Take handfuls dough and tap it on platform by hands to make round.
Roast it from both the side and serve hot with pithal and chutney. Mostly red chilli chutney is poured on pithal to make it more spicy. Thanks
Ingredients
For pithal-
2 cups Chickpea flour (besan)
3-4 Jalapeños chopped
2 tsp Oil
1 tsp Ginger grated
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2-3 Garlic cloves
1/2 Onion chopped
As per taste Salt
For Bajari Bhakri-
3 cups Millet flour
As per taste Salt
as needed Water
