Spiral meat ball

Wash the meat add chopped onion, scotch bonnet, ginger and garlic and blend or grind.

Sieve the flour and baking powder add salt add butter mix and add cold water to form a soft dough, let it rest and roll out, cut long rectangular shape.

Add spices, salt and seasonings to the meat and mix well add beaten egg mix and make balls. Using skewers insert the rectangular dough then the meat ball-dough-meat ball, until you finished all. line in a baking pan and brush with egg(egg wash). Bake in a pre heated oven and serve.
