Step:
Mix all ingredients mentioned in ' for orange batter'. Add required water and make thick batter. Rest for 15 minutes. Same way prepare white batter and rest for 15 minutes.
Now add eno in both batter, pour one teaspoon water over it and mix it well in one direction. Pour both batter into two different greased thali with oil and steam for 20 minutes. Dhokla is ready. Let it cool down for sometimes. Then unmould them.
Do shape of cookpad logo by cutting with knife in white dhokla.
Now put this white logo on orange dhokla and cut same shape of orange dhokla. Remove this part and put white logo in between.
Arrange cloves on the border of logo and letters of ' cookpad' at the bottom.
Ingredients
For orange batter:
3/4 cup suji
4 tablespoon curd
to taste Salt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red garlic chutney
1 teaspoon eno or fruit salt
For white batter:-
1/4 cup suji
1 tablespoon curd
to taste Salt
1/2 teaspoon chili ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon eno or fruit salt
Other ingredients:-
Oil as required
Cloves as required (for making border)
