Step:

  1. Cut all the vegetables

  5. In a bowl mix cornflour with little water and add in soup

  6. In last add beaten egg and fresh chopped coriander and serve hot

  1. For hot and sour soup
  2. 5 cups Chicken stock
  3. 1 cup Boil and shredded chicken
  4. 1/2 cup Cabbage
  5. 1/2 cup Carrot
  6. 1 bunch Spring onion
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 1 tsp Black pepper
  9. 4 tbsp Vinegar
  10. 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  11. 2 tbsp Hot sauce
  12. 1 tsp Sugar
  13. 1 tbsp Chilli garlic paste
  14. 3 tbsp Corn flour
  15. 1 Beaten egg
  16. Coriander for granish
