Step:

  1. Soak agar agar in 1/2 cup cold water for 5 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile boil 1 cup water,add agar agar,stir and add strawberry crush and sugar powder.

  3. Boil for 2 minutes,transfer to moulds.

  4. Cool for 10 minutes and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

  5. Unmould and serve with fruits.

  6. Serve chilled.

  2. 1 tablespoon sugar
  3. 2 tablespoons strawberry crush
  4. 1/2 cup each of pomegranate,apple,orange and papaya cubes
