Step:
Mix water and milk mixture with yeast and honey, cover and let sit for 5 minutes. The mixture will froth up.
In a bowl take flour, mix salt and seasoning and mix well.
In the center of the flour mixture add yeast and knead a semi soft dough.
Knead well for 5 minutes or until the dough stops sticking to your hands. Cover with kitchen cloth for 5 minutes.
Mix all ingredients for pizza sauce.
Cut a piece of dough weighing 75 grams. Make eight equal portions of it.
Roll out into small cylindrical sticks to make 8 tentacles of the octopus.
Divide the remaining dough in approximately 140-150 gram dough balls.
Press the dough with fingers and give the shape of an octopus, attach the prepared tentacles.
Preheat your oven at this point to highest temperature. Mine is 250°C.
Grease a tray generously with oil. Apply melted butter, sauce, sprinkle some seasoning.
Add grated cheese and olive slices
Add boiled corn and tomato slices. Top with some roughly torn cheese slices. Place the tray on the top rack of the oven and bake for 15 minutes keep checking after 12 minutes.
My kids like the cheese slices on top.
I made a few in tandoori paneer flavour too.
Serve warm to your little ones or pack these in their lunch boxes like I did.
