Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 pan.

  2. Mix first 5 ingredients until well blended

  3. Pour into pan and bake 30-35 minutes.

  4. Poke a few holes in cake with a fork.

  5. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil for 1 minute.

  6. Pour warm sauce over warm cake, spread coconut and pecans evenly.

  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 1 1/2 cups sugar
  6. 1 stick butter
  7. 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
  8. 1 cup sugar
  9. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  10. 1 cup evaporated milk
  11. 1 cup chopped pecans
