Step:

  1. Mix besan with all the ingredients in a big bowl.

  2. Peel & cut the eggs in round shape.

  3. Heat oil in a karahi.Put all the veggies & eggs in the besan paste & deep fry them till they become golden brown.

  4. Take them out & serve hot.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cup besan
  2. 1 round cut onion
  3. 2 round cut potatoes
  4. 4 booked eggs
  5. 1 cup Cauliflower florets
  6. to taste salt
  7. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tsp carom seeds
  9. 1 tsp hot oil
  10. oil for deep frying
