Step:

  2. Combine all the ingredients in an oven tray

  3. Crush a few potatoes and spread them over the rest for extra crunch

  4. 40 min on 190 degrees

  5. Gently crush the potatoes a bit. Just to open them up and put them back in for 10 to 20 more minutes
