Orange Beauty

For orange compote heat a pan add orange pulp and stir continuously pressing pulp to smoothen it, when moisture evaporates add sugar and citricacid and stir continuously till thick consistency. Cool it completely.

Melt chocolate compound by double bath process, fill melted chocolate in piping bag and fill in silicone mould, freeze it till sets well unmould chocolate and line with silver edible powder colour with 0 number brush. Fill center with orange compote.
Serve yummy orange beauty in a plate.
