Baby potato swirls

Wash the potatoes and put them into tooth peaks.. And cut them by rotating tooth pick do same with all potatoes.. And put all the potatoes in water..

In a bowl put flour and salt chat masala Chilli powder curd mix well.. Now add water.. And make slightly thick batter.. Dip swrills in this batter and fry for 10 12 mins on med high flame

Take out the swirls on tissue paper..now in a plate take chat masala salt Chilli powder and roll the swrills over this masala.. Serve hot on top with butter and Coriander leaves..
