  1. Heat ghee in pan add semolina mean while on other side boil water and milk dissolve sugar in it

  2. When semolina change in colour you get great fragrance of it then add milk mixture when most of milk absorb add chocolate,essence and dry fruits mix it dry completely halwa serve hot

Ingredients

  1. 100 gm semolina
  2. 100 gm sugar
  3. 100 gm ghee
  4. 75 gm strawberry flavored chocolate
  5. 3 drops strawberry essence
  6. 3 cup milk and water mix
  7. Dry fruits as per choice
