Eggplants wt potatoes

1st peel and cut potatoes in small and thin size then eggplants. * Eggplants jaldi black huna start hujatey hain

Take a pan add oil and both cutted vegi and and then add cutted tomatoes

Add all 3 spices and cover with lid with high to low flame.Mix well

Mix during cooking.it's take almost 20 to 25 mints for cooking.

When all vg s become soft then add corender leaves and green chilli and serve with white rice.
