Step:
Wash and soak chana dal in warm water for about an hour. Peel and cut dudhi in small pieces. Drain off water from chana dal and keep aside.
In a pressure cooker, heat up the oil on medium flame. Add mustard seeds and allow it to crackle. Add hing and ginger garlic paste. Stir and add green chilli paste and roasted peanut powder. Mix well and cook for a minute.
Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder, tamarind dates chutney and salt. Mix well and cook for 2 mins.
Further add chopped green coriander leaves and soaked chana dal. Mix and cook for few seconds. Add dudhi pieces and water as required. Mix and close the lid of the pressure cooker. Pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistles. Allow pressure cooker to cool down.
