Step:

  1. Boil potato & mashed, add chopped onion,green chilli, fry in oil add sweet corn, green piece capsicum, potato mix all ingredients properly & cook.

  2. Once it is cool make the dough into small cutlet shape & shallow fry till golden brown serve hot with mint chutney & sauce.

  1. 1/2 cup Sweet corn boil
  2. 3 Potato -boil
  3. As needed corn mixer
  4. 1 Onion
  5. 1/2 cup Green peas - boil
  6. 1 Carrot -grated
  7. 1/2 Capsicum
  8. 1 Green chilli
  9. 2 tbsp Oil
  10. 1 teaspoon as your taste Salt
  11. 1 tsp Black pepper
  12. 1 tsp Chaat masala
  13. As needed Mint chutney
  14. 2 teaspoon Corn flour
  15. 2 tbsp Bread crumbs
