Sandwich de Medianoche 9

Slice the spam thinly into into four pieces, and slice the cheese.

Crumble the cheese add mayonnaise, mustard, and horseradish sauce and mix well.

Spread the mayonnaise mixture on one side each of the 3 slices of bread. Add the spam to one, add a slice of bread. Then the rest of the spam. Top off with the last slice of bread. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
