Step:

  3. Toast the bread. When toasted add mayonnaise to both slices.

  4. Then layer in a stack alternating egg and sausage.

  4. 1-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  5. 2 slices Italian style bread
  6. To taste steaksauce I used HP sauce
