Rocky muffins

Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt into a large mixing bowl.
Stir in sugar

Beat eggs in bowl. Pour milk into jug adding cooking oil and eggs; whisk vigorously. Make a well in the centre of dry ingredients and pour all the liquid in, combine but do not over-mix.

Spoon into muffins cups and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 25 mins. remove from oven and brush with margarine immediately.

Allow to cool before serving
